Had the pleasure this week of fishing with a senior citizen couple and their niece and husband. Great day on the water catching plenty of whopper Redfish. Dorthy really showed her husband Vern how it was done. However, Vern also held his own pretty good. The Redfish bite has greatly improved since the April transition time. Not many Cobia trips for me yet but very soon I hope to change that. We have managed to pull some small Cobia over the gunwales and from reports of other Captains the inshore bite is better than last year.
